How can I reserve a group study room?

Answer

Currently enrolled UNO students are the intended users of the Library’s group study rooms. Others using the rooms will be asked to move to accommodate UNO student study groups (with or without a reservation). The Earl K. Long Library has 5 group study rooms in the Learning Commons, six on the 2nd floor, and 10 group study rooms on the Library's 4th floor. Please ask for assistance at any public service desk in locating these rooms.

Group Study Rooms in the Learning Commons have tables, chairs, a whiteboard with markers and erasers, and wireless internet access.

The 4th floor group study rooms have tables, chairs, whiteboards with markers and erasers, wireless internet access, and a 42" monitor that can be connected to laptops via an HDMI connection.

Click a book square to select your reservation time on the calendar. Reservations are limited to 4 hours per day per student.

Reservations can be made up to one week in advance and at the time of need if there are open reservation slots.

Please read the Group Study Room Policy.
